 Specially curated for women during the transitional years from peri-menopause and menopause.   It is important to note that we all experience symptoms differently during the transitional years.  

This blend was created with the help of naturopaths to aid in balancing shifts in hormones, night sweats, hot flashes and mood swings.  It is a balanced blend that can be enjoyed warm or cold depending on how your body is feeling.  

Herbal Blend: caffeine free, dairy free, gluten free, nut free.  

Servings: 25g approx. 8-10 Tablespoon servings

Ingredients: Red clover, dong quai, wild yam, lemon balm, tulsi, dandelion leaf, nettle leaf, elderflowers, sage.

Nourishing Benefits: Red clover, Estrogenic effects that can be helpful in soothing menopausal symptoms. Dong quai, most useful female tonic herb.  A nice herb to ease women into menopause, strengthens and balances uterus as well has mild properties to calm and relax the system.  Wild yam, has been used to reduce PMS and uterine cramping and regulate hormone production. Lemon balm, gentle fragrant herb that aids with hormone fluctuations. Hibiscus, can help to cool down our mood as well our body, and leaves the mind feeling as refreshed as the body. Tulsi, An adaptogen and general tonic.  Reduces feelings of stress, while aiding with memory and concentration.  Helps elevate mood.  Dandelion leaf, High in plant estrogens and aids with symptoms of PMS, and elimination of toxins from kidneys.  Nettle leaf, has anti-inflammatory properties, source of B vitamins and trace minerals.  Elderflowers, aid with digestion, bloating discomfort and symptoms of PMS. Sage, balances hormones and aids in reducing excessive heat and sweating.

Aroma: Herbal, earthy, fruity, tart

Steeping Instructions: Add 1- 1.5 tsp to 1 cup of hot water, & let steep for 5 minutes, best covered. Can be enjoyed throughout the day.
