Directions
For best results bring these incredible herbs alive by infusing a heaped teaspoon in freshly-boiled water and allow to steep for at least 5 minutes. The longer you steep the stronger the tea will be so it will depend on your preference. Best to drink an hour before bed.
Serrvings: 25 grams equals 8-10 tablespoon servings.
