Commonly used in alternative medicine to alleviate respiratory symptoms and improve circulation.  This blend was formulated for revitalization and recovery.

Ingredients: ginger root, lemon pieces, marigold petals, safflower petals

Nourishing Benefits 

Ginger: Brimming with spicy warmth, ginger offers numerous health benefits. It may soothe digestive discomfort, reduce inflammation, and provide a natural energy boost.
Lemon: Bursting with refreshing citrus goodness, lemon adds a zesty kick to the blend. High in vitamin C, it can support immune function, aid digestion, and invigorate the senses.
Marigold (Calendula): Known for its vibrant petals, marigold brings more than just beauty to the blend. It may possess anti-inflammatory properties offer a gentle relaxation effect.
Safflower Petals: Add a touch of visual delight, safflower petals lend their bright hue to the blend, they also provide antioxidants.  


Aroma:
bright lemon flavour, lightly sweet but tangy with a fiery bite, warming.

HOT TEA:  Add  1 heaping tsp to 1 cup (250ml) of warm water, & let steep for3-7 minutes, best covered.  You can enjoy 1-3 cups daily anytime. Add a dash of honey for sweetness and added health benefits 

COLD TEA: For 1 litre.  Add 12 heaping tsp in a tea pot at 1 1/4 cups (315ml) boiled water over tea.  Steep for 5 min. Quarter fill a pitcher with cold water and pour steeped tea in, straining as you pour.  Add ice and garnish with mint, lavender and a splash of honey for a refreshing zinger on a hot day.
