Servings: 25g approx. 8-10
Ingredients: Elderberries, rose petals, passionflower, skullcap, lemon balm, oatstraw, natural essences
Nourishing Benefits: Elderberries not only aid with lessening stress but can also boost your immunity and protect your heart, The beautiful aroma of rose petals help soothe anxiety and reduce stress and are rich in antioxidants. Passionflower works wonders on the nervous system which can result in enhanced mood, relaxation and better sleep. Skullcap has been used for years as mild relaxant to aid with anxiety, nervous tension and depression. Oatstraw may aid as a mild relaxant. Lemon balm provides a lovely addition to the aroma along with its calming properties.
Aroma: Sweet, floral, citrus, mild
Add 1.5 tsp to 1 cup of hot water, & let steep for 6-8 minutes, best covered. You can enjoy 1-3 cups daily anytime.
