Pick Me Up

Looking for an afternoon pick me up with a little bit of caffeine but without giving you the jitters and a crash to follow.  This blend will be the perfect fit for you.

Herbal tea, dairy free, gluten free, sugar free, contains caffeine

Servings: 50g approx. 8-10

 Ingredients: Yerba mate, organic guayusa, organic ginkgo, organic eleuthero ginseng, organic carob root, organic chicory root

 Nourishing Benefits: Yerba Mate and Guayusa are highly caffeinated and rich in antioxidants. According to research the caffeine effects are considered much less compared to black tea and coffee. Benefits of the powerful antioxidants balance the effects that caffeine has on the nervous system. Yerba Mate is native to South America traditionally used for its energetic properties. 

Guayusa may improve mood and alertness.  

Eleuthera ginseng may benefit those experiencing fatigue by improving mental performance.

Ginkgo also brings mental alertness.

Carob root is added for its sweet chocolate flavour. and chicory root adds a woody element to this blend along with beneficial properties.

 This blend just might replace you cup of morning/ afternoon coffee with its rich, earthy flavour.

 For best results steep 1 tablespoon in 200-250 ml water at 100C, steep for 3-5 minutes and add sweetener of your choice.   Milk or milk alternative can be added.
