Ingredients: 

Tulsi, pure honey, cinnamon, rooibos, ginger root, cardamom, fennel, red peppercorns, cloves

How to enjoy:

Add 1 heaping Tablespoon and steep for 7-10 minutes depending on the strength of tea you enjoy, 

BEST  enjoyed by adding  in a small pot 2 heaping Tablespoon in 2 cups water, milk or dairy alternative.  Gently heat and stir for 8-10 minutes.  Strain into a mug and enjoy.
