Servings: 50g approx. 8-10 Tablespoon servings.

Ingredients: Schisandra berries, burdock, yellow dock, lemongrass, dandelion leaf, red clover, 

Nourishing Benefits: This herbaceous powerful blend brings many benefits to support the liver. Schisandra berries have an intense flavour that provide support and protection for the liver, blood and circulation. Burdock is beneficial to help clear toxins from the gut, and yellow dock is a wonderful herb for liver and digestive support. Dandelion leaves are another herb for digestive and liver support, and red clover is used to support the lymphatic system. Lemongrass not only adds a mild lemon flavour but is also used to help with gas, bloating and abdominal pain

Aroma: citrus, sweet, sour earthy,uplifting.

Add 1.5 tsp to 1 cup of hot water, & let steep for 6-8 minutes, best covered. You can enjoy 1-3 cups daily anytime.

Exactly what I needed

I love the earthy, lemony flavour of this tea. I needed something to help me support my liver after indulging a little too much on things that were making my liver work.a little harder. Thank you for creating a delicious tea
